I have lived in Fort Collins my entire life and hadn’t eaten the pizza at Coopersmith’s Poolside until recently, oh my gosh I have been missing out! They have a cracked black pepper crust that will make you eat WAY more than you should. Combine the pizza with their handcrafted Steam beer and your taste buds will thank you.

In my opinion, Coppersmiths is one of the better restaurants in Old Town. The building itself is split right down the middle, offering more of a family friendly side and the other being more for just drinking. While I’m not a drinker myself, my friends always take advantage of their beer, and say that it’s some of the best they’ve ever had. Their food is pretty good, the fish & chips being my favorite, and if you haven’t tried this place yet, it’s definitely worth it!

Coopersmiths is a great spot. All of their food is absolutley excellent. I have never had any issues with service and all their employees seem to do a great job. The location is perfect right in the center of Old Town square. If you want to shoot some pool or watch the game they have a great spot for that as well. The only thing is sometimes it gets a little too crowded for me but I guess that means other people really like it too.

i have been going to this spot since the comedy works was across the lane!! the food has continued to satisfy, and i just like the place in general. the location in the summer allows you to listen to the music from the square, and have a nice drink and dinner that's not too expensive, but really tasty. i would recommend and take anyone to this spot
