We usually do most of our pet shopping at stores like Petsmart just because it is so convenient and affordable. However the customer service at PEtsmart just does not compare to Wags. If you have any questions or concerns about your pet or any of the items you are using this is the place to come. They have tons of information and will point you in the right direction.
